We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
NoMi Beach Health does not sell or share your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We do not exchange patient data for compensation, and we do not use the kind of cross-context behavioral advertising that triggers the CCPA's definition of “share.”
What Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide when you book an appointment, fill out a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or use our patient portal. This may include name, email address, phone number, date of birth, mailing address, insurance details, and clinical information you submit during care. We also collect limited technical information automatically -- IP address, browser type, pages visited -- through standard website analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide medical care, communicate about appointments, process payments and insurance, comply with legal obligations, and operate and improve our services. We share information only with our HIPAA Business Associates (such as our electronic health record vendor, scheduling platform, payment processors, and our marketing automation provider) under signed Business Associate Agreements that restrict their use of the data.
Your Rights
If you are a resident of California, Vermont, or any other state with comparable privacy law, you have the right to:
- Request to know what personal information we have collected.
- Request that we delete your personal information.
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information -- noting that, as stated above, we do not sell or share.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your identity before responding to a request. We will respond within 45 days for California requests and within 45 days for Vermont requests, with one extension permitted by law.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may verify the agent's authority and your identity independently before fulfilling the request.
